She was so excellent to work with! We were out of the country for 16 days; normally, we have family watch the dogs because Jake is older with cancer and takes a large amount of medicine. That wasn't an option with this trip, so we interviewed several folks and Ro was by far the best - she came over and met the dogs and learned about the house. She was here right after we left, and stayed with the dogs until right before we came home. She took such good care of them and the house. She kept us informed and updated with them throughout the trip and we honestly never worried - she was so great. 100% recommend and we'll be using again!

Roldane is amazing! She was super understanding and accommodating for my dog who was still healing from a surgery that had complications and required strict supervision and care. I'm really appreciative of Roldane's commitment to care and hey love for dogs. She sent picture/video updates often while I was away and kept a watchful eye on the surgery recovery. My 2 dogs had a great time and came back happy and clean and I'm very grateful again to Roldane for accommodating both them and me during this stressful time!
