* Do you service areas outside of your service area radius?
We can. It would have to be discussed prior to booking how far out the radius is. Additional rates may apply to compensate for the longer drive time.
* What if my pet has special medical needs?
We'll discuss your pets routine, medications and emergency contacts during our meet and greet to ensure proper care.
* Will my pet interact with other animals during Boarding?
There is a possibility they may be boarding with other animals during their stay as we can board up to 3 - 5 pets per stay. With that being said, it is important that your pet is up to date with vaccinations (proof of documentation is required) to ensure health safety during their stay. Cats and Dogs will be separated.
* How long are visits for Drop-ins?
Can be up to 30 minutes or 1 hour depending on the pet parents wants and needs.
* How do I book your services?
Contact us thorough our website form, or email to schedule a meet and greet. After, a booking/invoice form will be sent to confirm the service.
* Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A deposit of 50% of your needed service is required to confirm the booking. The deposit is applied towards your total service so you will only owe the difference once the stay is completed. In the event of a cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable.
* What other animals can you care for?
We can care for Birds, Bunnies, Snakes, Lizards, Frogs, Fish, and other animals that you may have that are not on this list. Since we do specialize in care for Dogs and Cats though, we encourage very detailed care instructions for your other kind of pet to ensure a smooth service.
* For house sitting, would you stay overnight?
Yes. House sitting is for overnight stays. If overnight stays is not what you prefer, then we recommend booking multiple drop in visits per day.
* What if my pet boards with another aggressive pet?
Pet behaviors are discussed during meet and greet. A client must disclose if their pet is good or not around other pets if a boarding stay is already taking place.
* What is your cancellation policy?
Bookings must be cancelled 3 days in advance via email. A cancellation fee of $50 will apply for last minute cancellations.
* How do I pay?
We accept Zelle, Venmo, and credit/debit cards
* How do you handle emergencies?
We immediately contact you and your designated emergency vet. If needed, we transport your pet for care.
